How it works

30 minute complimentary call
I ask you where you are stuck and we name the patterns. Using my intuitive insight, I name things you have not named. I ask what you've already tried, and most importantly, how committed you feel.

I develop a customized container
I state what I see as the ideal container to facilitate your leadership transformation. This could be anywhere from a day-long intensive to a 3-6 month container. There is always an option to receive ongoing guidance once completing a container at integration pricing.

We make a decision
The reality is that not everyone is ready for this work. We welcome all of you and ask how deep you are ready to go. We decide if this is the right fit at the right time.

Ongoing integration pricing.
Most clients choose to continue their path of integration with my guidance after the container ends. You'll have access to ongoing support at a rate reserved for people who have already gone through a profound transformation with me.
